3 Cameroon gendarmes beheaded by Biafra fighters in Bakassi

Masked militants suspected of being members of the Black Marine have reportedly beheaded three Cameroonian gendarmes on the Bakassi Peninsula’s Isangele department.

The Biafra Nations League (BnL) militant arm active in the Bakassi area is known as the Black Marine.

“The militants numbering four were sailing on a big canoe boat with fishing net at 5am on Tuesday morning, when they jumped out from the water, shooting one Gendarmerie and beheading two at a spot, taking their guns and their heads,” a source close to the Black Marine reported that early Tuesday morning.

According to reports, terrorists store the heads of any beheaded soldiers in their camp.

The Biafra Nations League’s (BnL) operational coordinator, Henry Edet, would not comment on the beheading incident but expressed delight at earlier claims that seven members of Cameroon’s Rapid d’intervention Battalions (BIR) were recently slain in a suicide strike by the Black Marine. “I am excited to hear that the bomb attack killed Biafra enemies,” remarked the president.
