Tears flow as flood sweeps away Rev. Father in Enugu

Henry Ike’s lifeless body was found on Saturday morning in Alor Uno, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State.
It is believed that he was killed by flooding.
The deceased, who was from Imilike in the Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State, reportedly left his home around three days ago and didn’t come back till his body washed up by flooding in the neighborhood of Alor Uno.
His remains, which have been removed, will be placed at the Bishop Shanahan Hospital in the state’s Nsukka Local Government Area until police have finished their investigations into the circumstances of his death, according to a relative who talked to newsmen on the condition of anonymity.
He was healthy when he was last seen three days ago, according to the relation, who also said that he had been expelled from seminary school a number of years prior.
He continued by saying that since leaving seminary school, his life hasn’t been all roses.
It was also learned that Nsukka, a university town, saw significant rains two days earlier.
