Due to noise pollution, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has sealed various religious and event centers in the state.
Tokunbo Wahab, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, announced this in a post on X on Saturday.

According to Wahab, the operation was led by LASEPA General Manager Tunde Ajayi and involved the sealing of religious centers and other establishments due to noise pollution and other environmental violations.
Ansar-Ud-deen, Restoration Centre Global Church, Bloomgrey Event, Club Hoxegen, Starrex Luxury Apartment in Gbagada, and Bayrock Lifestyle in Lekki Phase 1 are among the businesses affected.
