Siminalayi Fubara, the governor of Rivers State, is currently holding an urgent meeting with a few members of the House of Assembly.
Edison Ehie, the House’s suspended leader, is also present for the meeting.
Sources claim that the meeting may not be unrelated to the current crisis roiling the state’s political landscape, which resulted in the suspension of the House Speaker and six other members.
