Kaduna Bombing: Why Accidental bombing only happens in Northern Nigeria while East and South are free – Sheikh

Sheikh Muhammad Bello Yabo, a famous Islamic scholar based in Sokoto, has stated that unintentional bombings of innocent Nigerians have occurred only in the Northern region due to a lack of unity among the region’s elites.
The clergy, who were reacting to the Nigerian military’s erroneous bombing of over 120 civilians in Kaduna State last week Sunday, bemoaned the region’s reoccurring tragedies.
He asserted that the Nigerian army has yet to make a mistake when bombing innocent residents in the country’s south.
In a viral video, the preacher described how the army mistakenly bombarded Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Borno and other states, killing dozens.
He said:
“It was not the first time the bombs were dropped on innocent people by security agencies, and they would claim it was a mistake. They once targeted IDPs in Borno. Same in Yobe, they also dropped a bomb in Nasarawa, and now it happened in Kaduna.
“Till date, the military has not made any error bombing in southern or eastern parts of this country. It always happens in the north because of our lack of unity.
“North is bleeding, bandits kill us, hunger kills us, and the military that is supposed to protect us, is also killing us. This is too much for us. Who do we report to if not Allah and we are telling him to have mercy on us and protect us.”
President Bola Tinubu had, while condemning the Kaduna killing, described the deadly airstrike as a bombing mishap. He had assured Nigerians that the victims would get justice.
