Adolphus Wabara, Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party’s Board of Trustees, has arrived at the PDP Headquarters, Wadata Plaza, in Abuja for the party’s BoT meeting, along with former governors Ahmed Makarfi (Kaduna State), Olagunsoye Oyinlola (Osun State), and Kabiru Turaki, former Minister of Special Duties.
Recall that the PDP Governors Forum, led by Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, charged the National Working Committee on Monday with putting in motion the machinery for convening meetings of the party’s appropriate organs, from the Caucus to the National Executive Council, as soon as possible.
Therefore, the ongoing PDP BoT meeting is set to discuss the state of the party, the yet-to-be-scheduled NEC meeting, and other party-related matters.
Other arrived party leaders include the former PDP Deputy National Chairman, Shuaibu Oyedokun, and the former governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido.
