Justice Evelyn Anyadike of the Federal High Court in Ilorin has granted bail to Abdulfatah Ahmed, the former governor of Kwara State.
The bail conditions state that he must deposit N50 million with the court and provide a surety with landed properties in Ilorin, among others.
He is expected to remain in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s (EFCC) custody until his bail terms are met.
