Court dismise DSS objection, grants Nnamdi Kanu access to doctors, medical history

Nnamdi Kanu, the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has been granted access to his medical records and the doctors of his choice, per an order from Federal High Court, Abuja.

The objections put out by the DSS were rejected by Binta Nyako, the presiding judge, in a decision handed down on Thursday because they lacked validity.

Kanu requested permission from the court in the lawsuit with the file number FHC/ABJ/CS/ 2341/2022 in order to ask for a mandamus order compelling the Department of State Service (DSS) to provide him access to his doctor and other individuals.
