After backlash, Davido deletes offensive video
After much social media backlash, David Adeleke also known as Davido as deleted a perceived offensive video of his new signee from his social media handles.
Platinum Times Nigeria can verify this, as our editors check through Davido’s social media accounts and the video was no longer available.
Davido came u under fire after tweeting a video of his signee, Logos Olori’s new track, “Jaye Lo,” on his Twitter account on Saturday.
Davido had been given a 24-hour deadline to remove the tweet by a number of Muslims.
Ali Nuhu Reacted;
Nuhu responded on his Instagram page, calling the behavior seen in the video “totally unacceptable in Islam.”
He wrote, “I just came across the controversial video by @davido, as much we want to be creative in our various fields, we should learn to respect other people’s religion, culture and tradition.
“This is totally unacceptable in Islam. You should pull down that video and apologise for hurting the entire Muslim ummah.”
