National assembly election Petition tribunal sitting in calabar, has sacked and ordered INEC to retrieve certificate of return from APC house of representatives member representing Akamkpa/Biase federal constituency, Dr. Emil Lemke Inyang.
Austine Aidam the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP submitted a petition to the tribunal asking for the election of Moro to be declared invalid.
The tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct new elections in 19 polling units for constituents who were wrongfully shut out of the poll and to promptly revoke the certificate that had been awarded to Inyang.
