Appeal Court Upholds Inuwa’s election as Gombe Gov

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has upheld Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s victory in the March 18 governorship election in Gombe State.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declared Yahaya, of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the election winner.
