The sole instructor in the Unguwan Dorowa Bakhira hamlet in the Maro community of Kajuru Local Government Area, Kaduna State, has been slain by bandits.
During the early hours of Sunday, the bandits also killed a couple during their attack on the community.
Mr. Sunday Akor, the elementary school teacher, is a native of Benue State.
As per Maigari Ben, a community leader who verified the occurrence on Sunday, no one was abducted during the assault.
He explained,
“They killed a man and his wife and a primary school teacher, Mr Sunday Akor, who was a native of Benue State. He was the only classroom teacher in the primary school in this village. No one was kidnapped.”
