Hazel Oyeze Onou, alias Whitemoney, an evicted Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, has stated that Mercy Eke deserves to win the N120 million grand prize despite having won the “Pepper Dem” version in 2019.
In a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Whitemoney made this claim and berated individuals who criticized him and Mercy for taking part in the All-Star version despite previously won the competition.
The ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition winner made a sports analogy, saying, “If you play in a championship cup and win, wouldn’t you go home the next season and say don’t wanna play again? No, you must continue to win.
“Mercy does deserve to win [the N120m grand prize]. If she wins it that’s good for her profile. It’s good for her prestige. It’s good for whatever she is trying to build. So, if she wins it again that would be very nice. No cap.”
