On Friday, the Supreme Court upheld Uba Sani’s election as Kaduna State Governor.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Isah Ashiru, filed an appeal against Sani’s election, which the Supreme Court dismissed.
According to Platinum Times, the decision was unanimous, with no costs given.
