The Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi petition challenging the victory of Ahmed Bola Tinubu in the February 25 Presidential election bordering on 25% votes in FCT, has been dismissed by the Presidential Election Petitions Court.
The court ruled that FCT citizens dont enjoy special privileges ahead of other States.
Platinum Times reports that the court had earlier ruled that the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, were found to have failed to explain how they received the majority of valid votes in the February 25 presidential election by the Presidential Election Petitions Court.
