Godwin Emefiele, the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has been granted bail by a High Court located in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama.
In a decision made just now, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi granted Emefiele bail.
He was then given over to his Lawyers, who will present him in court on November 15 to face another judge of the FCT’s High Court on an arraignment stemming from an earlier charge brought by the EFCC against him and another individual.
