Burna Boy sells out 41,000 capacity stadium in US

Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning singer, emerges as the first performer from Africa to sell out a stadium event in the United States.

The ‘Odogwu’ crooner on Saturday completely filled the 41,000-seat Citi Field Stadium in New York City, USA.

Nissi, Burna Boy’s sister, performed as the concert’s opening act.

In addition, the self-described “African Giant” invited British rapper Dave to perform their joint single, “Location.”

In addition to songs from his last four albums, Burna Boy also performed “Ye” and songs from “Outside,” “African Giant,” “Twice As Tall,” and “Love Damini.”
