The bodies of three medical students who were involved in the boat accident at the Marina Resort in Calabar on Saturday were found, according to the Cross River State Police Command.

The names of the victims includes; Aisha Celestine Ogwu, Hamza Kabir, and Mustapha Tukur.
Gyogon Grimah, the state’s commissioner of police, stated in a press conference on Monday that two male and one female dead had been found.
“As you are all aware, there was a boat capsize event recorded at the Marina Resort in Calabar on Saturday, around two days ago, after three in the afternoon.
Three pupils perished, and since then, there has been no respite; rescue operations have continued day and night. This morning, CP Grimah said that three remains had been found.
Three students were said to be missing, according to Platinum Times, while 11 others were saved on Saturday at the Calabar resort under the auspices of the Nigeria Medical Students Association (NIMSA).
