Kano State High Court Judge Usman Mallam Na’Abba has overturned the suspension of Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso, a former governor of the state, from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
The court, in its verdict on a suit marked K/M1175/2023, also prohibited some aggrieved party members from taking over or functioning as NNPP National Officers.
