Aisha Bello Mustapha, a famous newscaster on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), has died.
She passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023.
The news of her demise was made public by her family in a statement that reads:
“Innalilahi wa inna Alaihin Rajiun. May Allah forgive our Mother Hajia Aishat Bello Mustapha.
“Mama indeed you are a very kind-hearted person. We will miss you and hope you are enjoying Rahma. Funeral Prayer to be held in central mosque Abuja 1 pm on Monday, 11th December 2023.”
Aisha Bello Mustapha’s funeral will take place on Monday at 1 pm at the National Mosque Abuja.
Aisha Bello Mustapha was the General Manager NTA Parliament and was among the popular casters on NTA Network News at 9 PM in the ’90s and early 2000s.
She was also the anchor of NTA News Extra for many years.
She was formerly addressed as Aisha Bello Katung before she later changed her name to Aisha Bello Mustapha.
