Dr. Abdulrahman Danladi has been named the new provost of the Umar Suleiman College of Education, Gashua, by Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni for a term of four years.
This is stated in a letter of appointment with the reference number GO/S/HOS/APP/4/TII that was seen by DAILY POST on Monday and was signed by Alhaji Garba Bilal, the State Head of Service.
According to the letter, Dr. Danladi’s appointment was based on his expertise, dedication, and record of excellence in performance.
“While extending His Excellency’s best wishes over this well-deserved appointment, it is our fervent hope that you will work even harder to justify the confidence reposed in you”, it said.
The Governor added that the appointment takes effect from 7th August, 2023.
