The State House of Assembly has received names of 15 commissioner nominees from Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah.
The list was signed by Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, the Secretary to the State Government, and was read out in front of the House on Friday.
Prince Lawrence Eze, Okey Ogbodo, and Kingsley Ude, past commissioners, as well as renowned broadcaster Aka Eze Aka, are among the nominees.
Despite the fact that the list was not yet full, Onyia pleaded for a quick decision.
Despite the fact that this may not be a comprehensive list, he stated, “I’m optimistic that this request will receive your customary prompt consideration.”
