All applications for admission to first-degree programs, national diplomas, and other programs must be processed only through JAMB, according to a statement made by the organization.

This information was released by the testing organization on Wednesday in a brief statement titled “Cessation Of Illegal/Irregular Admission” on their X account.

No school is allowed to market or sell “application forms” for program admissions, according to JAMB.

“All applications of admission to First Degree, National Diploma, National Innovation Diploma and the Nigeria Certificate in Education into Full-Time, Distance Learning, Part-Time, Outreach, Sandwich, etc., must be processed ONLY through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB),” JAMB stated.

However, it added that duplicate application forms are not permitted and instructed all institutions to instruct their applicants to submit their applications through JAMB.

“Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the three Regulatory Agencies (National Universities Commission (NUC), the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), and the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE)) will ensure that all tertiary institutions comply with this policy directive.

“Other Professional Regulatory Agencies will also play a role in sanitising the process.”
