Actor Yul Edochie’s first wife May is reportedly suing him and his second wife Judy for suspected adultery as she seeks a divorce.
This was disclosed on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, by a law firm going by the name of DPA in a post on their Facebook page.
“For the avoidance of doubts, May Yul-Edochie filed a divorce petition against Yul. She also filed against Judy as a party cited and she is asking for 100 million naira in dam@ges against Judy for ad¥ltery with her husband. Make no mistake about it: Yul and Judy are NOT husband and wife, and cannot be so until Yul and May are divorced. It is a combination of del¥sion and abs¥rdity for the two to call themselves husband and wife yet.
Judy and Yul both received copies of the lawsuit’s court documents by email, so they are both aware of it.
Surprisingly, Yul and Judy are both evading having the process served on them. The court bailiff has made numerous attempts to serve them according to the law. But they managed to avoid being served with court papers. Yul Edochie and Judy are facing serious legal challenges, despite their braggadocio and social media antics, and they appear well-prepared for them considering that they have been receiving service of process.
