Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, plans to launch a new organization called “Renewed Hope Initiative.”
It was learned that the non-governmental organization focuses mostly on agricultural, social investment, and healthcare delivery with a vulnerable population as its goal.
The former senator from Lagos Central and wife of Nigeria’s president, Bola Tinubu, met with the Renewed Hope Initiative’s governing board on Friday to finalize the launch schedule.
Recall that Aisha Buhari, the former first lady, also launched the Future Assured program, a non-governmental organization.
According to reports, Aisha Buhari wanted to address issues pertaining to the health and well-being of women and children in Nigeria, which is why she created The Future Assured.
