NYSC: 2023 Batch A stream 1 corps member to leave camp December 15

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has declared the passing-out date for Batch ‘A’ Stream One corps members as December 15, 2023.

This was said in a statement signed by Eddie Magwa, the NYSC’s Director of Press.

“The is to inform members of the public that NYSC Management has approved Friday 15th December, 2023 as the Passing-Out date for the 2023 Batch ‘A’ Stream One Corps Members nationwide,” according to a press release.

“Activities lined up before the Passing-Out date include sensitization of the Corps Members on job creation and opportunities after service by seasoned NYSC and NDE Officers.”

According to the NYSC, the low-key celebration will culminate with the distribution of Certificates of National Service to just the meritorious Corps Members at the Local Government level.

The statement advised corps members to apply all of the lessons they learned while serving, particularly the skills obtained via the NYSC Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme, and to create their own enterprises wherever they want to stay after the service.

On the matter of corps members’ safety, the NYSC management recommended, “Don’t expose yourself to danger.” Refrain from taking free rides and avoid traveling after night.”
