Patience Jonathan visits First Lady Remi Tinubu in Aso Villa

The wife of the former president, Dame Patience Jonathan, visited Oluremi Tinubu, the first lady at the time, on Wednesday.
This was announced by Busola Kukoyi, Special Assistant on Media to Senator Oluremi Tinubu, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, via her verified Twitter account, X.
Kukoyi continued by saying that Mrs. Jonathan had pledged her support for President Bola Tinubu’s current administration and had informed Oluremi Tinubu of it.
She wrote:
“Former First Lady Her Excellency dame Patience Jonathan paid a courtesy visit to the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Her Excellency Senator Oluremi Tinubu CON where the former First Lady described it as a solidarity visit to assure Senator Oluremi Tinubu of her support. She also assured Nigerian women that the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu will carry all Nigerian women along and ensure a time of Renewed Hope.”
Nigerian public servant Mrs. Patience Jonathan held the positions of second lady from 2007 to 2010 and first lady from 2010 to 2015. In Bayelsa State, she also worked as a permanent secretary.
When Patience Jonathan was the first lady of the nation, one of her most notable moments occurred when she sobbed upon hearing the most recent information regarding the kidnapping of children at the Government children Secondary School in Chibok.
