PDP chieftain dumps party for APC in Nasarawa

Haladu Akwashiki, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain and football administrator in Nasarawa State, has officially cut connections with the party and joined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Akwashiki, in a letter dated January 31st, cited the APC’s superior leadership characteristics at all levels as the key reason for his decision to switch parties.

The letter was addressed to the APC Chairman in his Nassarawa Eggon ward, which is part of the Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area of the state.

Akwashiki expressed his undying devotion to the APC’s leadership.

In his letter, he assured that he would actively contribute his quota to the APC’s progress and development at all levels of government.
