The statement claimed the suspect used a knife to fatally stab his elder brother after disagreement over the use of ‘Sholi’ liquid, a drug substance, prompting a violent altercation between them.
Attempts at resolving the matter by neighbours proved abortive as the suspect was said to have resorted to violence, stabbing his brother in the stomach.
