Deputy National Chairman North of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Honourable Ali Bukar Dalori, gave ₦100 million cash to Maiduguri residents.
Dalori stated that the gesture is intended to help the least privileged and needy during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to him, the money are also intended to provide critical help to individuals in need, particularly in the Maiduguri metropolitan area.

He stated that the choice to disburse the funds in cash is to ensure that assistance is delivered quickly and directly to those in greatest need.
The APC head expressed hope that the initiative will provide help to many homes, allowing them to meet their basic needs throughout Ramadan.
