Tension as bandits storm Zangon Kataf community, kill seven, injures nine in fresh attack

Six people were killed and six others were injured in an attack by gunmen who are thought to be bandits on the Takanai Gora hamlet in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The six victims were buried on Wednesday morning in the presence of Francis Sani, chairman of the local government, according to a statement from Yabo Chris Ephraim, special adviser on media and publicity to Zangon Kataf’s chairman.
He claims that in addition to denouncing the attack, the chairman pleaded for peace in the neighborhood and advised all residents to avoid resorting to senseless violence.
Sarah Adamu, Rejoice Adamu, Enoch Adamu, Juan Aminu, Salomi Aminu, and Meshak Aminu were all slain, according to Ephraim, while Kubai Adamu, Judith Adamu, Abigail Adamu, Dennis Joseph, Grace Bitrus, and Adamu Ibrahim were injured.
