There is nothing like true love, love is transactional – Nwoba

Popular Ebonyi state public writter Nwoba Chika Nwoba has taken to his social media accounts to state that true love doesn’t exist again.
He wrote;
I have said it always that there’s nothing like true love. It’s just that most people don’t like to be told the truth. Love is materialistic. You choose who to marry or fall in love with. Such a choice is anchored on self interest. Your interest matters. Love to a large extent isn’t any divine, but a matter of what a person wants.
I know that somewhere currently, a young girl is deceiving a boy and telling him that he’s the sugar in her tea. When soon the same girl finds a richer person, the once professed love fizzles into thin air. So, don’t marry out of emotion. Go for what you want in a person. The blindness of love expired with the people of the 20th century. Now, love sees and makes choices.
Love is transactional. To sustain a marital union, there must be value one holds dear about the other person such that whenever he or she wants to quit, they consider that it might be difficult getting someone else who possesses such exact pearl. Some people call or think that the wives of other men are ugly facially; they fail to know that gold resides underbelly of dirt. Emotion and superficial attraction are what cause high rise of divorce and shaky marriages today. Everything that glitters isn’t silvery. Beauty is what one calls it. If that person you can’t sleep until you speak to finds a better person either with money or connection, he or she will thrash you. People now marry means of survival, not emotional attraction.
