On Wednesday, January 24, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken officially opened the “American Corner” in Lekki, Lagos state.
The creative and technologically enabled American space in Lagos intends to promote Nigerian youth entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity.

Blinken, who is now in Nigeria for the second day, was joined by other US government representatives at the space’s opening, including Bosun Tijani, Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy.
