BREAKING: PEPT fixes September 6 for judgement on Atiku, Obi’s petitions

On September 6, the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja will rule on petitions contesting the election of President Bola Tinubu according to a report by Sahara Reporters.

According to a May report from Platinum Times, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal consolidated the petitions submitted by the various political parties while presenting the trial schedule and the petition’s pre-hearing report.

In order to give the verdicts on the same day as Peter Obi of the Labour Party, it also reserved judgment on the petitions submitted by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party.

It recently debunked setting September 16 as the judgment date.

More to come…
