Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director-general of the World Trade Organization, stated that she was taken aback when US President Joe Biden posed for pictures with her and her team at the G20 Leaders Summit taking place in New Delhi, India.
On Sunday, she posted the images on her X account with the caption, “At the G20 Leaders Summit. There were some wonderful exchanges with President Joe Biden (#POTUS) and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan (#JakeSullivan46) as they discussed changes to the World Trade Organization, particularly to the Dispute Settlement System.
“President Biden surprised us by taking a photo of me, my staff, and #JakeSullivan46.”
