BREAKING: Tribunal upholds Caleb Mutfwang as winner of Plateau guber election
The Plateau State Governorship Election appeal Tribunal, sitting in Jos, has confirmed Caleb Mutfwang of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as Plateau State Governor and dismissed the appeal brought by Nentawe Goshwe of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Nentawe had approached the Tribunal to challenge INEC’s declaration of Mutfwang as Governor of Plateau State, claiming that Mutfwang was not qualified to contest because he had not been validly nominated and sponsored by his Party (PDP) at the time of the election.
