Atiku Abubakar and Peter Gregory Obi, the candidates for the Labour Party and the Peoples Democratic Party, respectively, have announced the seven-member Supreme Court justice panel that will decide on their case.
The panel, which includes Uwani Aba-Aji, Lawal Garuba, and Ibrahim Saulawa, is not composed of just one person, as had been suggested over the previous week, but is led by Justice John Inyang Okoro.

Atiku Abubakar’s petition has been called for decision in the interim, and attorneys in the case have indicated that they will present.
