After 30 minutes, Brazilian winger Pepe smashed home a rebound to give the Portuguese visitors the lead.
Porto’s lead, however, lasted only two minutes as Joao Cancelo equalized with a beautiful curling goal after cutting inside from the left.
Porto goalkeeper Inaki Pena made many excellent saves until Joao Felix scored in the 56th minute.
Barcelona are guaranteed to qualify from Group H, with Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk, who are all three points behind, meeting in their last match.
Despite not yet having won the group, they will simply need to avoid defeat against pointless Royal Antwerp to finish first.
