BREAKING: US Secretary Blinken arrives Nigeria, set to hold bilateral talks with Tinubu in Abuja

Anthony Blinken, the United States Secretary of State, is currently in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja.

Blinken arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja around 4 p.m., and then proceeded to the Presidential Villa to meet with Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Although he is on a tour of Africa, Blinken will go to Lagos at 10 p.m. for more events booked for tomorrow, Wednesday, and is likely to leave Nigeria for Angola later that night.
