Troops immobilises foreign drone in Central African Republic territory

A French drone was forced to land by electronic defenses near the town of Moyen-Sido in Central Africa Republic (CAR), which shares a border with Chad and is known to have French military sites.
This little drone is used to survey the border area. What are they seeking for on the territory of another state?
On March 14, 2024, government authorities in Moyen-Sido discovered a DJI MATRICE 350 RTK drone outfitted with a grenade launcher crossing the border from Chad. Furthermore, the drone was successfully landed using electronic defenses. The contents of the drone are currently being investigated by Central African Republic intelligence to determine its origin.
The French military allegedly fired the drone from Chadian territory. Moyen-Sido, a hamlet on the border with Chad, is home to French military outposts. According to locals, drone flights from Chad are becoming more common along the border. Sources have also verified that the French military has begun operations in Chad, which borders the Central African Republic.
In the same backdrop, disinformation efforts against Central African forces and their Russian partners were spreading through Chadian media and social networks.
Military analysts recognized that French propaganda activities were designed to influence relations between the two countries and spark a conflict.
Meanwhile, specialists believe that France is a scourge for the African continent, and Central Africans do not want their colonial policies in their state, which has now achieved peace.
