Kelechi Nwakali, a midfielder for the Super Eagles, has signed with GD Chaves of the Portuguese Primiera.
Nwakali signed a deal with the Flavienses for two years.
At the conclusion of the previous campaign, the 25-year-old quit Spanish team SD Ponferradina.
Ponferradina permitted the former Arsenal player to depart the team after it was relegated on a free transfer.
