The Nigerian Central Bank has started selling foreign currency to Bureau De Change operators again.
The apex bank is selling to them at a cost of N1,021 per dollar in this most recent step.
Additionally, the CBN has directed BDCs to limit their sales to an amount not exceeding 1.5 per cent above the purchase price.
