The image spread like wildfire around the state, inspiring a wave of optimism among the people who are anxiously awaiting the governor’s return.
In addition to the picture, a video of the governor in the hospital’s waiting room also surfaced.
The 30-second video showed Akeredolu speaking effectively in Owo dialect while interacting with the majority leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly.
In order to commemorate his birthday, Akeredolu posted a photo on his own social media pages.
He conveyed his sincere thankfulness for the benefits bestowed to him with the remark, “Which of the Lord’s favors can I deny? Chapter 67 “To God be the Glory, Honor, and Laud!”
Akeredolu has been away for medical treatment.
He requested an extension of his leave in a letter to the state parliament a few days ago.
