The All Progressives Congress (APC) has changed the screening timetable for its Ondo Gubernatorial candidates because the federal government has declared Thursday, April 11, 2024, a national holiday.
All aspirants must now appear for the screening on Friday, April 12th, 2024, at the National Headquarters of the APC, according to a statement posted on the ruling party’s X page.
The APC noted that the holiday declaration necessitated the change, and the postponement ensures that the screening process proceeds smoothly without disruptions.
It further stated that the adjustment in the schedule aims to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the screening process, allowing aspirants to present themselves adequately for evaluation by the party leadership.
