Confederation of African Football (CAF) have congratulated Victor Osimhen on his Ballon d’Or nomination for 2023.
Osimhen was on the list of contenders that the organizers unveiled on Wednesday night.
The Napoli hitman created history by being the first Nigerian to receive a Ballon d’Or nomination.
On the shortlist, there were another 29 players.
