BREAKING: (Enugu) Tribunal nullifies PRP petition to sack Peter Mbah over NYSC certificate forgery
The Enugu election petitions tribunal has started reading the verdict and has just handed down its decision in the PRP’s petition against Governor Peter Mbah.
The tribunal dismissed the PRP’s petition against the governor of Enugu.
Mr Mbah, according to PRP, was an ex-convict who had previously gone into a plea bargain with the EFCC.

PRP further requested that Mr Mbah be disqualified for forging the NYSC discharge certificate.
The tribunal dismissed the plea bargain and fabricated NYSC discharge certificate issue due to the petitioner’s inability to furnish certified true copies of the alleged documents and cannot rely on photocopies.
