Barrister Ibrahim Shehu Shema, the former Governor of Katsina State, has officially is resignation of membership from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The decamping occasion reportedly took place in his hometown of Dutsinma, where he was warmly welcomed by Hon. Jabiru Tsauri, the representative of the Governor and Chief of Staff to the Governor.
