The mother of Wizkid, a prominent Nigerian artist, Ayodeji Balogun, passed away.
Jane Dolapo Balogun, Wizkid’s mother, passed away Friday morning about 1.30.
Mrs. Balogun passed away early on Friday, according to Wizkid’s longtime manager Sunday Aare, who confirmed the occurrence.
Aare confirmed that she passed away this morning at around 1:30 a.m.
Yetunde and Lade Balogun, two further children of the late Balogun, are her offspring.
