BREAKING: NNPP suspends Kwankwaso over anti-party activities

Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso’s position as the party’s national leader has been suspended for six months due to anti-party conduct, according to the board of trustees of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP.

A crisis of confidence has been gradually developing within the party since the completion of the 2023 Elections, leading to accusations and denials between the many groupings that make up its ranks.

With Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s suspension as its presidential candidate and national leader, the crisis has reached a boiling point.

This comes after its board of trustees recently rejected a motion to suspend its national publicity secretary and a few other individuals.
