On Thursday, the House of Representatives passed a bill requesting that the country recite the old National Anthem again.
The bill, sponsored by the House Leader, Julius Ihonvbere, was cleared for second and third readings on the House floor during plenary in Abuja.
The bill will now be sent to the Senate for concurrence before being sent to the president for assent.
